At Leah Supplyz, we are committed to providing high-quality office supplies. Due to our Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that issues may arise and have outlined our return and refund policy below:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected].

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product.

  • Upon verification, we will guide you on the replacement process.

2. Incorrect Items Delivered

  • If you receive an item different from what you ordered, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order details and photos of the incorrect item.

  • Leah Supplyz will arrange for a replacement item to be delivered at no additional cost.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only considered in cases of verified product damage, defects, or incorrect delivery.

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed after verification and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on the delivery partner and location.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery.

  • Products where 24-hour reporting window has passed.

  • Any other items not authorized by Leah Supplyz for return.
